Saturday the 18th and Sunday the 19th of July 2009 This is Gaydon Heritage Museum in the background, internationally famous for its’ collection of historic and famous vehicles. Gaydon is especially important to many of our members as having been the venue of speed events organised by the Morgan Three-wheeler club over many years during the period dating from the late fifties to the seventies, when three-wheelers from our club competed alongside many famous names from the Morgan fraternity and motor cycles such as “Nero” raced by George Brown. This feature celebrates a significant event in the history of our club and the BSA marque, which includes many cars pre-dating the launch of the FWD Three wheeler in 1928, and we have assembled a collection of pictures for your enjoyment taken over the two days by several different cameramen |
